Yes, our Salon runs on an appointment only basis. This is to ensure you have a one on one private appointment with your own personal consultant
Can I bring a baby or children to the appointment?
We do not allow babies or children under 12 to insure the focus will be on the bride.
Do you charge for the appointment?
We do not charge for the appointment, but there is a $50 charge for no show or cancellation within 24 hours.
What is the price range of your dresses?
Our collection ranges in price from $1600 to $5000. The majority of our dresses fall between $2000-$3000. We do offer inventory dresses start from $1000.
Do you have wide range of sizes to try-on?
In our Salon we have sizes from 0-30 available for try-on.
What is your cancellation or return policy?
All purchases made at Wedding Gallery are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
Do you offer custom modifications to your dresses?
Yes! We offer custom modifications to create a gown that’s uniquely yours. Let us know your vision, and our designer will guide you through the possibilities.
Where are your dresses made?
All our dresses are design and made locally here in our St Charles factory. We work with an extensive range of fabrics and embellishments. Every dress is made to the highest standard with quality checks by our designer throughout the making process.
Do you carry bridesmaid or mother of bride dresses?
No, we are all about the bride.
